Did Your Item Get Damaged?

We do provide extra padding with each of our items. Despite this, statistics report shows that around 1 in 1000 products arrive damaged due to mail service mistreatment.

If you the one, please contact us with:

– Your product order number.

– A picture of the damaged product that you have got.

Once we receive your response, we will be happy to send out another free of charge.

Are You not Getting the Answer to Your Question Properly?

If you still have not got the answer to your question, please feel free to contact us, and we will do our best to reply within 24 hours.

Returns and Exchanges 

If our product does not satisfy you, you can return your order to the warehouse for a full refund (Returns must be in the state you received them and in the original packaging). You can receive another accessory of your choice that will be shipped to you free of charge. We believe that to experience the best possible online shopping, our customers should not have to pay for return shipping. So if you are not happy with your purchase, just go through our easy return process.

We give full refunds as long as a return request is communicated in under 30 days of receiving the order. For free exchanges, we provide as long as a return request is communicated in under 15 days of receiving the order. Please remember that our return policy does not include ear cuffs, earrings, bodysuits, pantyhose, and cat apparel, which are final sale due to hygienic reasons. Also, any edible cat treat is not refundable or eligible for store credit if the cat does not like it.

*Products of a Custom Nature cannot be canceled after 24 hours of placing the order. Items that are Custom Printed upon Ordering are Not eligible for Return or Exchange unless the Item is Defective.

*Remember that If you choose to return your item(s), shipping fees will not be refunded.

Easy Return and Exchange Process Are in the Following: 

  1. Email customer care at support@shoppyhost.com  If you want a refund, request a return package that includes instructions. If you desire to make an exchange, request an exchange package.
  2. Ship your return, encompassing our filled-outreturn form.
  3. When we receive your return, we will process it in under 24 hours. Once we complete our processing, you will have your full refund. Please be aware that refunds can take up to 7 business days to reach your account. If you are requesting an exchange, the merchandise you have mentioned in your exchange form will be shipped immediately once your return is accepted, granted that they are in stock.

Lost/Stolen Packages

Shoppyhost is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking details show that your product has been delivered to your address and you have not received it, please inform it of your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page. This opportunity lasts 90 days after your order has been delivered. After 90 days, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

For returning your purchase, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in the original packaging.

Our requirement is a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we have back your return and we inspect it, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund gets approval or not.

If you are approved, we will process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received a refund, check your bank or PayPal account first.

Then urgently contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, communicate to your bank. There is often a need for some processing time before a refund is posted.
